Training Joyfully provides personalized online training programs, guiding those looking to improve their running and reach their health & performance goals.

Led by Coach Kaitlin Gregg Goodman, Training Joyfully helps you set and reach (or exceed!) your running goals. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness by starting an exercise program, or youโ€™re shooting for a personal best from the 5k to the marathon, I can craft a training plan for specifically you - I work with athletes of all levels and abilities.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
All training plans come with:

  • An Initial Fitness Assessment

    • Via an athlete profile and questionnaire, I'll learn about your current fitness, athletic history, and past running experience (none necessary! It's ok if you're just getting started!). This assessment helps me design a plan specifically for YOU and YOUR needs as an athlete.

  • An Individualized Training Plan

    • Every 1-2 weeks, I'll send you a personalized training schedule built just for you. Because things can come up - work craziness, illness, unexpected events (I get it, I've worked full-time too!) - we might need to make adjustments. No two plans look alike - your individualized plan is designed to fit your lifestyle and help you reach your goals.

  • Personal Coaching & Goal-Setting

    • Coaching is about so much more than just the training plan! I provide regular and timely comments on your workouts to give you the feedback you need.

    • Unlimited access to me via email communication - Iโ€™ll respond within 24 hours (usually faster!)

    • 1x/month 30 minute one-on-one consultations (phone or in-person for Providence, RI-area local clients)

  • Strength and Nutrition Guidance

    • Running-specific strength and core exercise programs to help you be a stronger, more durable runner and prevent injuries

    • Nutrition guidance, including tips on fueling for success pre-run, mid-run, and post-run

  • Race Support

    • Pre-race plan & strategy

    • Post-race analysis & recap

  • Access to the Training Joyfully club on Strava with teammates & support
